Once the strategy is selected, we can execute from start to finish. We can bring in the architectural team, general contractor, insurance provider, bonding agent, third party inspectors, zoning and condominium attorneys, material and finish suppliers to make sure the project is done on time and on budget.  Our team has been hand selected over the years to represent the best professionals in the market.

STEP 3: SELL / LEASE UP

Once the renovations are complete we will engage our marketing team to create and implement the best strategy to make sure you get the highest possible price for the sale or lease up of the property.  Our savvy marketing team will professionally stage, photograph, create floor plans, a web site, landing pages, brochures, targeted mailers, and enact our strategy through social media and traditional marketing.
